Great value for money. 15/20 min drive from airport. I stayed in the private room I was pleasantly surprised. Simple room but clean. Soft comfortable bed. A/C worked perfectly. I stayed there for a week while on a visa run, I work from my laptop and the WiFi never let me down. 5 min walk from a mall with kfc, McDs, Subway, Burger King, etc. Also lots of good local spots to eat nearby. Will stay again on my next visa run

Very near to airport, you can order grab and get to KLIA easily. A lot of shops, food restaurants around. Also big mall in walking distance.
